Chervil Eggs

Ingredients: 3 Free-range eggs (Main); 1 Tbsp Chervil, finely chopped (Main); 1 to taste Salt & freshly ground pepper; 1 to serve Bread, toasted

3	Free-range eggs (Main)
1 Tbsp	Chervil, finely chopped (Main)
1 to taste	Salt & freshly ground pepper
1 to serve	Bread, toasted

Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add the chervil and seasoning.
Heat a frypan, add butter and oil and when hot pour in the egg mix.
Toast the bread while gently cooking the eggs. After 3 minutes, turn the eggs
over, gently stir then turn off the heat before serving on the warm toast.
