Cannoli with passionfruit, creme fraiche and strawberries

Ingredients

250 g	Creme fraiche (Main)
4	Cannoli (Main)
4	Passionfruit (Main)
1 Tbsp	Passionfruit syrup
8	Strawberries (Main)
1 to dust	Icing sugar

Directions

1. Spoon creme fraiche into the cannoli.
2. Scoop out the passionfruit and drizzle the fruit and syrup into the cannoli.
3. Remove the stalks from the strawberries and slice.
4. Serve in and alongside the cannoli.
5. Dust with icing sugar.
