Liven up a simple steak or chop with Warren Elwin’s yummy vegetable side dishes
Ingredients
1 serving | Yams (Main) |
1 serving | Baby carrot (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Honey |
1 Tbsp | Balsamic vinegar |
1 serving | Olive oil, to drizzle |
Directions
- Scrub some yams and baby carrots clean. Dry and place in a roasting dish.
- Mix through honey, balsamic vinegar, salt and freshly ground black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Roast in a hot oven until fork tender and caramelised.
