These sweet and salty chilli-spiked nut clusters are versatile snacks. Package them into jars and serve them as a picnic or party nibble. They would also make a great gift.
Ingredients
400 g | Mixed nuts, raw cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans, peanuts (Main) |
1 tsp | Chilli powder (Main) |
3 Tbsp | Runny honey |
1 sprinkle | Sea salt flakes |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 175C. Toss raw nuts with chilli powder and freshly ground pepper. Add runny honey, mix together well, spread on to a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast in the oven until caramelised. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and leave to cool.
- Break into clusters and store in airtight jars.
