Ingredients
1 splash | Cream |
1 head | Garlic, roasted |
½ tsp | Nutmeg, grated |
½ | Buttercup pumpkins, roasted (Main) |
1 tsp | Chives, chopped |
30 g | Butter |
1 handful | Panko breadcrumbs |
1 handful | Pumpkin seeds |
1 handful | Parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions
- Peel the skin from half a hot roasted buttercup.
- Add buttercup to a bowl with garlic and butter. Mash together well, then add nutmeg, salt and pepper, cream and chives.
- Serve as a mash or press into a baking dish and top with panko crumbs, pumpkin seeds and grated parmesan. Bake until golden.
