Bourbon Bonanza (cocktail)

Ingredients

1 tsp	Manuka honey
2	Golden kiwifruit, 4 wedges to muddle and garnish with sliced kiwifruit
30 ml	Bourbon, this recipe was developed with Jim Bean Black (Main)
1 to serve	Ginger beer, top up with Phoenix Ginger Beer

Directions

1. Line glass with manuka honey and muddle kiwifruit wedges in the glass.
2. Fill glass with ice, then pour Jim Beam Black.
3. Top up with ginger beer, then stir.
4. Garnish with two to three slices of kiwifruit and two straws.
