A fantastic way to start the day - blueberries pack a good antioxidant punch. Manuka honey also adds plenty of goodness to this smoothie.
Ingredients
200 g | Blueberries (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Manuka honey |
2 Tbsp | Rolled oats |
2 tsp | Ground cardamom |
1 serving | Freshly squeezed orange juice |
1 serving | Whole milk, or goat, rice or almond milk |
Directions
- Put the berries, honey, oats and cardamom into a blender. Process until smooth.
- Add enough orange juice and milk of your choice to reach the the desired consistency.
