The kids I know love this smoothie because it’s bright purple. This recipe would feed one hungry adult or two children.
Ingredients
½ cup | Frozen blueberries (Main) |
1 | Banana |
2 Tbsp | LSA (Linseed, Sunflower and Almond mix), or ground almonds |
1 tsp | Honey |
1 tsp | Peanut butter, (I use Fix and Fogg) or almond butter |
1 cup | Almond milk |
Directions
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Drink immediately.
