Ingredients
4 cups | Rolled oats (Main) |
3 cups | Apple juice |
1 cup | Natural yoghurt |
½ cup | Passionfruit pulp |
1 | Mango, sliced |
Directions
- Place the oats and apple juice in a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Spoon into serving glasses and top with the yoghurt, passionfruit and mango to serve.
* You will need about 4 passionfruit to get a half-cup of pulp or you can use canned passionfruit pulp.
