Ingredients
1 tsp | Chilli powder |
4 | Chicken legs, large skinless (Main) |
1 tsp | Turmeric |
1 tsp | Allspice |
½ tsp | Garam masala |
1 tsp | Crushed ginger |
1 tsp | Crushed garlic |
½ | Lemons, juiced |
1 Tbsp | Sea salt flakes |
4 Tbsp | Sunflower oil |
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 175C. Line a roasting dish with foil and spray heavily with oil In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients (except oil) and marinate for 30 minutes
- Place the chicken in the roasting dish with oil, cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove the foil and brown until golden under the grill.
- Serve with banana, coconut and coriander salad.
