Use beer braised beef to make this delicious and family-friendly dish.
Ingredients
2 cups | Beef, beer braised (Main) |
2 cups | Penne pasta, slightly undercooked |
½ cup | White sauce |
1 to serve | Parmesan cheese, grate on top |
Directions
- Bring beer braised beef just up to the boil then place a layer of the meat in a baking dish - if your stew is fairly runny you may want to drain some of the juices off the meat.
- Add a layer of slightly undercooked penne pasta, followed by a layer ofwhite sauce.
- Repeat the layers, topping with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a 180C oven until golden and bubbling.
