Ingredients
30 | Beans (Main) |
3 | Hard-boiled eggs (Main) |
½ cup | Kewpie mayo |
1 Tbsp | Moroccan seasoning |
2 | Spring onions, finely chopped |
2 | Oranges, zest and segments (Main) |
Directions
- Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil, place in beans in the water and cook for 3-5 minutes depending on how crunchy you like them.
- Finely chop the eggs.
- Combine the mayonnaise with Moroccan seasoning, spring onions and orange zest.
- Place the beans on a serving plater, spoon over the mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle over the eggs and orange segments.
