Ingredients
1 | Egg (Main) |
2 Tbsp | Buttermilk, or milk |
1 pinch | Salt |
1 sprinkle | Lemon, zest |
1 | Freshly ground black pepper, to season |
2 slices | Bread, thick |
2 | Bananas, sliced (Main) |
1 sprinkle | Nutmeg |
2 Tbsp | Ricotta cheese |
1 to drizzle | Liquid honey |
Directions
- Beat egg with buttermilk. Add salt, lemon zest, and pepper.
- Soak bread in the egg and cook in a toasted sandwich maker or in a frying pan until golden.
- Place the toast on 2 plates and top with banana and ricotta. Finish with a drizzle of liquid honey and a sprinkle of fresh nutmeg.
