This banana sesame slice is a good way to include magnesium in your diet. It is low in sugar and has good fats and might make a great afternoon snack for the kids.

Ingredients
¼ cup | Coconut butter, melted |
¼ cup | Coconut oil |
1 | Banana (Main) |
2 Tbsp | Tahini (Main) |
2 Tbsp | Coconut flour |
1/8 tsp | Salt |
1 tsp | Cinnamon |
⅓ cup | Sesame seeds (Main) |
⅓ cup | Pumpkin seeds (Main) |
Directions
- Line a baking tin with baking paper. Melt the coconut butter and oil until liquid. Add this, along with the banana, tahini, coconut flour, salt and cinnamon to a food processor and blend until combined.
- Add the sesame and pumpkin seeds and mix through. Press in to the tin. Set in the fridge for at least an hour and then cut into slices.
