An excellent complement to grills or roasts.
Ingredients
16 | Baby beetroots (Main) |
6 | Garlic cloves, peeled |
2 Tbsp | Olive oil |
1 to taste | Salt & freshly ground pepper |
3 sprigs | Fresh rosemary |
2 Tbsp | Balsamic vinegar |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 190 degC.
- Trim stems about 1cm from the beetroot.
- Place in a roasting pan with garlic and toss to coat in the olive oil.
- Season and add rosemary.
- Bake until tender, about 15 to 20 minutes depending on size, turning occasionally.
- Sprinkle with vinegar.
