Bake-on trout

Ingredients

1	Trout (Main)
1 to taste	Salt & freshly ground pepper
1	Onion, chopped
1 pinch	Sage
1 pinch	Thyme
1	Canned pineapple pieces
1 to serve	Bacon rasher

Directions

1. Clean and scale the trout removing the head and tail.
2. Sprinkle cavity with the sage, thyme, salt and pepper.
3. Fill the cavity with pineapple pieces.
4. Wrap the fish in bacon and form a parcel with greased tinfoil.
5. Preheat the oven to 170 degC and bake for approximately one hour.
6. Remove foil and serve.
