Ingredients
2 bunches | Baby bok choy, tender or any green vegetable, such as broccoli (Main) |
2 Tbsp | Oyster sauce |
2 | Garlic cloves, chopped |
1 | Chilli sauce, bird's eye Thai chilli or similar |
Directions
- Wash the bok choy well and cut lengthwise into quarters.
- Drop into boiling salted water for 1 or 2 minutes (as you prefer).
- Drain and toss through the oyster sauce, chilli and garlic.
- Place on a dish and drizzle with a few dots of roasted sesame oil.
