Ingredients: 1 clove Garlic; 1 Tbsp Olive oil; ¼ Red cabbages; 10 g Lightly salted locusts (Main); ¼ Green cabbage; ½ Red capsicums; ½ Green capsicums; 1 Carrot; 1 cup Crispy noodles (Main); ½ tsp Sesame seeds; ½ Sesame seeds; 2 Tbsp Sweet chilli sauce; 2 Tbsp Sesame oil; 2 Tbsp Soy sauce

Salad

1 clove	Garlic
1 Tbsp	Olive oil
¼	Red cabbages
10 g	Lightly salted locusts (Main)
¼	Green cabbage
½	Red capsicums
½	Green capsicums
1	Carrot
1 cup	Crispy noodles (Main)
½ tsp	Sesame seeds

Dressing

½	Sesame seeds
2 Tbsp	Sweet chilli sauce
2 Tbsp	Sesame oil
2 Tbsp	Soy sauce

Directions

Heat olive oil in a pan, add locusts and garlic and sauté until the garlic starts to brown.
To make dressing, place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until combined.
Thinly chop all other salad ingredients, and place in a mixing bowl. Pour over dressing and mix. Add the crispy noodles and mix again.
Serve salad in a bowl and place sautéed locusts on top. Garnish with more sesame seeds.
