Ingredients
¼ | Red cabbages, small size, finely sliced (Main) |
¼ | Green cabbage, medium size, finely sliced (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Miso paste |
¼ tsp | Sesame oil |
2 Tbsp | Apple cider vinegar |
½ Tbsp | Tamari sauce |
1 tsp | Fresh ginger, finely grated |
¼ tsp | Maple syrup, or honey |
Directions
- Combine the cabbage in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small dish mix together the miso paste, sesame oil, vinegar, tamari, ginger and maple syrup.
- Stir well before tossing through the cabbage.
