Ingredients
30 g | Anchovies, 1 small can (Main) |
3 cloves | Crushed garlic |
1 | Lemon, zested and juiced |
2 Tbsp | Red wine vinegar |
3 Tbsp | Olive oil |
Directions
- Blitz anchovies, crushed garlic, the lemon zest and juice and red wine vinegar until smooth.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil to emulsify, season with pepper.
