This is a great way to jump-start your morning it’s quick and super-easy to make, combining your coffee with a smoothie.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups | Ice |
1 ½ cups | Greek yoghurt |
½ cup | Espresso coffee (Main) |
4 Tbsp | Almonds (Main) |
2 tsp | Unsweetened cocoa powder, plus extra for garnish (Main) |
2 | Fresh dates, pips removed |
2 | Bananas, peeled, cut in slices |
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. Divide between glasses and sprinkle with cocoa.
