2 cups | Almond milk, unsweetend (Main) |
2 large | Bananas, frozen |
3 | Dates, fresh (Main) |
1 dash | Vanilla |
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
- Add a dash of cinnamon for a warm dessert-like flavour, or add three kale leaves (stems removed) to boost alkalinity and increase your vitamin and mineral intake for the day.
