Ingredients
2 | Kale leaves |
1 small handful | Spinach |
2 | Silverbeet leaves, or rainbow chard leaves |
1 | Tomato |
1 large | Lemon, juice only |
1 small | Carrot |
½ cup | Frozen blueberries (Main) |
1 | Banana (Main) |
1 small | Apple |
3 cups | Almond milk, Almond Breeze unsweetened original (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Ground flaxseed, optional |
½ | Avocados, optional |
Directions
- Blend kale leaves, spinach, silverbeet or rainbow chard, tomato, lemon juice, carrot, frozen blueberries, banana, apple, almond milk and ground flaxseed (optional).
- Add water for desired consistency. Add half an avocado (optional) to make it super-thick. This recipe gives you a whopping amount of micronutrients, vitamins, minerals, fibre and essential fatty acids.
