Ingredients
| ½ | Sunflower seeds |
| ½ cup | Dates, pitted & chopped |
| ½ cup | Walnuts |
| ½ tsp | Cinnamon |
| ½ tsp | Ground cloves |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| 1 ½ cups | Feijoas, flesh (Main) |
| 2 cups | Apples, peeled, cored, chopped |
| ½ cup | Raisins |
| 1 | Lemon, jucied |
Directions
- Combine the top six ingredients by pulsing in a food processor until the mixture is like crumbs and well-combined. Put in a bowl.
- In the food processor, puree the apple, raisins and lemon juice.
- Chop the feijoa into chunks and combine with the apple puree.
- Spread the fruit mixture into a shallow ceramic dish.
- Spread the crumble mixture on top. Bake slowly at 125C for about an hour. Serve warm
