Ingredients
2 cups | Tomato juice (Main) |
1 | Lemon, juiced |
3 Tbsp | Chilli sauce, Asian-style. Use less if desired. |
1 to taste | Freshly ground black pepper |
10 | Asparagus spears, blanched |
1 tsp | Wasabi paste |
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients - except the asparagus - in a jug.
- Refrigerate until well-chilled.
- Serve in small shot glasses with an asparagus spear for use as a swizzle stick.
