This is one of my favourite desserts — it’s so simple to put some coffee on, get some good-quality vanilla ice cream, and dust off a bottle of liqueur from your cabinet.
Ingredients
| 1 scoop | Vanilla ice cream, good quality (Main) |
| 30 ml | Black coffee, I use strong plunger coffee (Main) |
| 30 ml | Frangelico liqueur, or another liqueur of your choice (Main) |

Directions
- Place the icecream scoop in a glass or small bowl, and serve it alongside the shot of coffee and the shot of liqueur.
- Get each person to assemble their own, adding the coffee and the liqueur to the cup of icecream.
- Eat immediately
