Ingredients
100 g | Almonds (Main) |
100 g | Brazil nuts |
100 g | Cashew nuts |
1 dash | Olive oil |
1 Tbsp | Honey, or 2 Tbsp |
Directions
- Mix almonds, brazil and cashew nuts with a little sea salt and a good glug of olive oil.
- Spread on a baking tray and roast in a hot oven until lightly browned. Cool.
- Blitz nuts with honey in a food processor to form a smooth, creamy paste.
- Stop as you go to scrape down the sides and add a little water or oil to help the emulsifying process. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge.
