Expert tips and tricks
Chicken goes well with lots of flavours but some of the best fresh herb pairings are: rosemary, thyme, basil, parsley, mint and coriander.
When using dried spices don't just stick with the tried and tested Italian flavours (although they work well) mix it up with some turmeric & cumin, Chinese five spice or, our personal favourite, smoked paprika.
A simple grilled chicken breast can be brought to life with the right sauce - try this mustard sauce or this roasted tomato sauce.
