Through their food and beverage stores, John Oyagawa and his sister Cherie Oyagawa-Smith are quietly promoting their food culture serving fusion Pacific, Asian cuisine. Expect to see and taste plenty of lime, lemon, chilli, coriander, coconut and tropical fruit flavours.
John opened the busy Cafe O and catering business in Great North Rd, Grey Lynn, five years ago. Cherie and her husband Justin are now further developing and refining the cafe coffee culture in Fiji.
With the help of John they opened Cafe O in Nadi on April 1, 2015, and a year later opened a second cafe at the Port. Try any of these Cafe O recipes at home for the love of your life on Valentine’s Day.
