Desperate for a date? Tinder's latest feature can match you up faster - for a cost.
Tinder Boost is set to allow users to pay a premium for their profiles to appear in the top locale for 30 minutes.
In a blog post the company said the feature would allows users to get up to 10 times more profile views.
Tinder spokesperson Sean Rad told tech website TechCrunch that it would also maximise user time and match potential.
"With 1.4 billion swipes a day on our platform, sometimes our users want to be sure that they are swiped to the front. We think our users in Australia will love this feature and hope to release it globally soon," Rad said in a statement.
The latest service is now available for Australian users.
Tinder isn't the first match-making service to offer a premium to be in the dating front line.
Rival company Match.com launched a similar feature allowing its users to feature in the Popular Singles tab - top of the searches.
