Waitakere Plaza awaits redevelopment

Urbus Properties will spend $14.5 million redeveloping its Waitakere Plaza shopping centre which has 10 stores in Henderson.

The centre will drop in size (from 19,000sq m to 16,000sq m) and will be converted into a bulk retail centre. It will be rebranded Waitakere Mega Centre.
