Tower offers HQ for sale

Insurer and fund manager Tower is seeking expressions of interest for its headquarters on Customhouse Quay in downtown Wellington.

The nine-storey building is held as an asset in Tower's Life Fund.

Tower said it wanted to maximise returns for policyholders as the building was not an ideal investment. Tower occupies four floors in the building.
