Standard & Poor's Rating Services says it has assigned its top short-term rating to Fisher & Paykel subsidiary RFS Trust 2006-1's restructured $400 commercial paper.
The paper will fund a revolving pool of credit card and hire purchase fixed-instalment debts handled by RFS.
