Tenon deregisters from US Securities commission

Tenon has deregistered from the United States Securities Exchange Commission.

Last year, the company cancelled its American depositary receipt programme and delisted its shares from the New York Stock Exchange.

Tenon no longer needs to file its reports to the American regulator.
