WELLINGTON - Telecom and Telstra New Zealand have been granted an adjournment until next February for the High Court hearing into their rebilling dispute. It had been set for November 22.
The two companies said the adjournment had been obtained on agreed, but confidential, terms.
Telstra had previously been refused an interim injunction that would have forced Telecom to continue furnishing Telstra with billing information about Telecom services provided to Telstra customers using its total telecommunications management service.
