Telecom wants to sell its 15 retail stores for business customers to an independent dealer as part of changes to its distribution and retailing strategy.
The stores - 13 selling products and services to small and medium- sized businesses, and two virtual stores - are in eight locations.
Telecom will keep 23 stores selling products and services to the general consumer market.
Investment bank First NZ Capital is managing the sale. Expressions of interest are due by February 13.
