A survey of Auckland finance sector employees has found 85 per cent believe the only way to get a pay rise is to move to another company - and more than 50 per cent are looking to do just that.
The survey of 683 people, conducted by accountants Robert Half Finance and Accounting, found better conditions are a major motivator for staff wanting to move on, with 34 per cent looking for a new job to get a better work/life balance.
