A receiver has been appointed to clothing company Line 7.
KordaMentha confirmed that partners Grant Graham and Brendon Gibson have been appointed as receivers.
TV3 reported that 11 stores were affected and the company employed 110 people, including at its head office.
Line 7 began life in 1963 making wet weather clothing for sailors, according to its website.
The company has provided clothing for crews in the America's Cup, Round the World Yacht Race and Olympic Games.
