We welcome any business groups coming in to any of our spas, and the space at East Day Spa is very conducive to this type of occasion. Our range of services include catering, intimate meeting spaces, and treatment rooms for groups, for example The Chill Room which is great for foot massages, and The Studio, suited for group manicures and pedicures.
Spring is ideal for larger groups as it's open-planned, and is a bright, vibrant and modern space, perfect to get the creative juices flowing for brainstorming sessions.

Because our extensive range of treatments are so pampering and luxurious, a day spent at East Day Spa with colleagues is the perfect excuse to get out of a stressful office environment and relax together.
We also have businesses coming in looking for a space to hold brainstorming sessions away from their normal environment. Companies can really benefit from coming here as it feels like you are stepping into another world.
Team-building sessions are also very popular, and rather than the usual adventurous activities that are common these days and far from relaxing, East Day Spa offers an environment that both men and women will enjoy in a dedicated and private room where they can choose from a range of indulgent treatments. Most would assume these visits would be for women, but do you have mixed groups?
Absolutely - we often have mixed groups coming in to East Day Spa. Men are a good proportion of our business and are increasingly spa savvy, and we find that the group platform allows them to be more free with the treatments they would choose than if they came in on their own. Their female colleagues definitely encourage them to try something they wouldn't normally choose!
East Man is our dedicated menu for males, however in reality, men can choose from the entire East Day Spa menu as it's for both men and women and treatments are customised to individual requirements through personal consultation.

Do they sometimes have speakers or facilitators brought in to speak to groups?
We are open to all requests from companies for group functions, and we have had occasions where guest speakers come in to speak to groups. Female colleagues come in frequently for team building make-up sessions with companies such as Smashbox who provide a trained artist, teach make-up tips and tricks, and this is always a fun activity for a group.
