Efforts are being made to save the jobs of 18 staff at liquidated hamper company Mrs Christmas.
The company was wound up by the High Court last week, putting the Christmas dinners of some 3,500 customers up in the air.
Liquidator Damien Grant says at the moment, all 18 staff have been retained and are being paid and he hopes a new owner can be found who will keep the staff employed.
Grant says the business is being sold on the basis that existing contracts must be honoured with hamper customers.
Liquidator Damien Grant says initially it was thought that three or four parties were interested in buying the business but he is now dealing with 11 offers. He says there have been expressions of interest from people not directly involved in the Christmas hamper industry.
Grant is confident a deal will be struck by the end of the week and that all customers will have their contracts honoured.
