News Corp, owned by Rupert Murdoch, will be among Independent Newspapers (INL) share-holders voting today on whether the company should merge with Sky TV.
News Corp holds a stake of nearly 50 per cent in INL, which in turn owns 78 per cent of Sky's shares.
