Lion Nathan has whittled down a list of people interested in buying its Newmarket brewery site but says there will be no decision on the move before May.
The company first signalled last November that it was considering moving from the 5ha block and, last month, said it was seeking expressions of interest.
Property developers have speculated the site will sell for more than $150 million for mixed development.
