The Court of Appeal yesterday reserved its decision after the Serious Fraud Office asked for a High Court ruling that quashed an SFO search warrant be overturned.
The warrant was exercised on the offices of an Auckland law firm, which has name suppression, after the SFO decided two partners acting for SFO suspects might themselves be implicated. The SFO has been unable to analyse material seized in the raid.
