Rocket Lab has delayed its second commercial launch until Sunday at the earliest.
An attempt yesterday was stood down as a storm threatened Launch Complex 1 on Mahia Penninsula.
"With a worsening weather system on the way, Rocket Lab is now targeting no earlier than 04:00 UTC [5pm NZT], Sunday 16 December. We'll let the weather clear completely to give us a good, green window for launch," the Kiwi-American company said in a statement.
When it does liftoff, the mission will loft 13 "cubesats" into orbit for NASA.
