Richmond cost PPCS $200m

Dunedin meat processor PPCS's purchase of Richmond cost $200 million, says the company's annual report.

The figure includes an $11.55 million provision for restructuring and integrating the two companies, reports NZPA. PPCS completed the takeover of the publicly listed Richmond in July.
