Resort project planned near Queenstown

Melview Development chief Nigel McKenna has bought a 7ha slice of land near Queenstown from rival developer Philip Carter.

McKenna said he would soon lodge resource consent applications for a mixed-use resort project on the site, adjacent to Frankton.
