Rural services company Reid Farmers yesterday reported an interim net profit of $2.7 million, up 62 per cent from a year earlier, after benefiting from the rural economic rebound.
The company said all its business units - real estate, sales of farm supplies, wool broking and scouring, financial services and livestock - reported increased earnings.
