ASX-listed company Babcock & Brown Residential Land Partners has bought into Jacks Pt and Henley Downs property projects near Queenstown for $43.3 million.
The Darby Partners development will have more than 1400 residential sites, a championship golf course with a clubhouse and a village centre.
