Biotech investment firm Pure New Zealand has been suspended from the stock exchange for failing to file the preliminary announcement to its annual report.
The documents were due on August 30. The next day the stock exchange operator NZX, gave Pure New Zealand a grace period of five business days, which expired today.
The company was also late in filing its annual report last year.
Shares in the company last traded at 2.5 cents.
