Powerco price 'fair'

Powerco's 962 capital bond holders have been told by independent adviser Horwath Porter Wigglesworth that the $1 per bond price being offered by Prime Infrastructure is fair and reasonable.

Less than 27 per cent of the bond holders have accepted the Prime offer.
